Deceptive Sales I'm still waiting for a response regarding my lousy car-buying experience at Conicelli. Unfortunately, I won't get one because(1) I paid my car in ful I'm still waiting for a response regarding my lousy car-buying experience at Conicelli. Unfortunately, I won't get one because(1) I paid my car in full so they got all the money they can out of me for the new vehicle and (2) , Mark Hammond married into the Conicelli family so I doubt my experience will be rectified! I just recently had scheduled maintenance on my vehicle at Conicelli and was charged $239 for "fluid change" and "multi-point inspection"... No major work done though for $239+. They kindly replaced the key fob battery that only lasted 18 months and the service advisor claims he replaced the battery for a discount of $4.99 but my invoice states otherwise. I filled out an online survey thru Honda about my experience and Joe Saxon from Conicelli left a message on my voicemail after I did the survey and he starts by saying "Honda TOLD me to give you a call about your survey"! Basically, Joe wasn't willing to discuss my experience but was rather forced to call me about it. I just think my outrageous charge for changing fluids was retaliation for my candid review on their website last year. I just expect transparency but they haven't been true from the beginning when Jeff Pye(salesman) offered me free oil changes with my purchase but later rebuked his "offer" and denied he ever said that. Conicelli is a "nice place to do business" when you're the salesman but the customer gets taken advantage of. If Conicelli was true to their motto, I at least would've gotten a genuine phone call about my experience rather than being charged for a battery they claim was a discount. The difference in the battery price would not make things right but it would be a start considering I'll have to take my car for further maintenance in the future. I will make sure that ALL fluids are changed unlike when I had to fill my windshield fluid myself after the last visit. For any pending customers, just make sure you do your homework before purchasing here and make sure they're clear about ANY warranties they offer. More

It has been 19 years since I’ve shopped for a new car and choosing Conicelli as a part of my search proved to be a smart choice! I couldn’t have received a more warm, patient, helpful and professional sales agent to work with, Becky C, and couldn’t have rounded up my purchase with a better team there, Kristin in finance, Mark, the director, and although I didn’t get their names, the detailer with the super cool beard and the gentleman at the front desk with the poinsettia.... all warm, welcoming, relational, helpful and professional! I prayed for a good, peaceful car buying experience, and with Conicelli Honda, my prayers were answered.... and I got an AWESOME DEAL! CoNICElli Honda Team, THANK YOU! More

Nothing but intermittent problems with 2018 Accord Had a 2014 Accord that I loved, but was getting up in miles, did not hesitate to trade in for a 2018 Accord Touring. Navigation system stopped workin Had a 2014 Accord that I loved, but was getting up in miles, did not hesitate to trade in for a 2018 Accord Touring. Navigation system stopped working on a 450 mile (one way) trip, next trip got Safety Brake Mitigation needs service (STILL WAITING TO GET THIS LOOKED AT, OVER A MONTH). Lots of features but they are not well tested. Sign recognition for speed limit repeatedly gives wrong speeds (100, 90 mph, 55 in a 25), told that is reference only - turned it off. Auto high beam, failed to dim to on coming cars several times, go around a curve and goes to high, come out of curve and now shining in car in fronts rear window. Turned it off. Auto lock, locks the doors when trying to pump gas (supposed to be 5') turned it off. Still issues with the Nav system. Multiple times have gotten approaching objects warnings while stopped and nothing around me moving. Operator manual states Nav system shows speed limits, asked service on 3 visits where the setting was to turn it on in mine, no answer. FINALLY told that the manual is wrong, because of the sign recognition it is not there. Question if that is the case or just an easy answer. Got the car in December and as of Feb was in the shop for 32 days. Still waiting to hear what they are going to do about my brake mitigation issue. Asked that it be fixed before my next long trip with the car, that was four weeks ago. Now trip is 1 week away and going to HOPE that the safety mitigation is not a major problem. If you get a 2018 Accord hope you have better luck than me. Wish I could afford to trade this one in today. More

The Sales people, Mark and Chang were friendly and more importantly, cooperative. They took the time to explain the new car features and worked out a few sales-related issues to my satisfaction. It also bears mention that their service shop is one of the best. I trust my customer care rep, Steve Smith blindly and it is a product of 11 years of honesty, positive attitude, competency, and great customers service. More

Great Overall Csutomer Experience I just purchased a new CRV; during the purchasing cycle I had a point of contention. The Conicelli team couldn't do enough to ensure I was satisfied.
