Best experience I have ever had in a service department. Mark was extremely helpful and explainered everything very well before and after. Mark Hannawi was GREAT! He was very attentive and kept me in the loop, I appreciate that. It is annoying when you don't get acknowleged. Found a nail in my tire and went to Northside Honda for service and they did not disappoint! The express service representative took a picture of the nail and engaged Mike (Service Advisor). From the time I arrived at the express drive-thru service to working with Mike and meeting the technician who performed the repair; the team was prompt, professional and had exceptional customer service skills! The team was concerned about my safety, upfront about options and transparent about pricing. I've had my car serviced at other Honda dealerships and this team is definitely at the top of my list. Overall, excellent service and would definitely recommend Mike and this team! More
