Arrived a little early for my 1:00p. m. appointment and my vehicle was taken in right away, thanks to Alex who greeted me upon arrival. Alex found me a little later and briefed me on the m. appointment and my vehicle was taken in right away, thanks to Alex who greeted me upon arrival. Alex found me a little later and briefed me on the condition of my battery, which needed replacement (Mark Harms advised me on a previous visit). Battery was replaced pretty quick after that and I was on my way. This was just an addition to all the other pleasant visits I've made, which is why I've maintained my loyalty to Sid Dillon for the 30 or so years that I have. More

The service department is always very helpful and proactive when it comes to contacting me on potential issues when my car is being serviced.
