Mark was very friendly and attentive to what ever question my wife and I had during our visit. My visit to Bennetts was totally unexpected. My SUV broke down on the side of the road about 5-10 miles from Egg Harbor. I was 900 miles from home with 2 teenage girls. I had no idea what I was going broke down on the side of the road about 5-10 miles from Egg Harbor. I was 900 miles from home with 2 teenage girls. I had no idea what I was going to do and I was completely devastated. It was too expensive and too time consuming to fix my SUV (transmission went out). The guys at the dealership were more than helpful. They restored my faith in the fact that there are good people in the world. Mark Hendricks made sure that me and the girls got to a hotel near by and that we were safe. Justin (the pro golfer that sells cars for some reason) drove us to the hotel and assured us we were in a safe location and that everything would work out the following day. The next morning we were back at the dealership. Mark, Tony, Donald and Anthony did everything they could to get me into another vehicle, and trust me that was no easy task. My xhusband had left my credit less than desirable but the guys at Bennett never gave up. They pulled some really big strings but got the deal done. I drove away in another SUV and was able to return home to Michigan safe and sound. If you guys at Bennetts are reading this....I want you to know I can not express in words how much I admire your character and the way you care about your customers. I was a woman from out of state with two teenage girls that you could have easily taken advantage of. You would have never seen me again, but instead all of you helped me, showed compassion and treated us with respect. I am forever greatful for everything you have done for me and the girls. First I would like to say that our salesman ( Tony Disalvo ) was one of the nicest persons that I had to deal with when I bought my new Silverado. I really wanted a Tahoe but was a little to expensiv Disalvo ) was one of the nicest persons that I had to deal with when I bought my new Silverado. I really wanted a Tahoe but was a little to expensive at this time to buy so I started thinking that maybe I could afford to get the crew-cab silverado. I already owned the extended cab silverado but wanted a little more. The dealership mad it possible. The people that I mentioned above were great and I left the dealership very happy in my new 2011 Silverado Ltz crew cab. Thats the reason that I gave them the highest grade that was possible.
