This is my 2nd new purchase from Grand Subaru and they did not disappoint. I am a no nonsense consumer who knows what I want and expects a quick and seamless transaction once I make my choice. Mark Hoen responded to my internet communication almost instantly and was able to facilitate most of the transaction via email and messaging which is my preference.
