Both were very responsive to inquiries I had and we’re very easy to work with. Their excellent service played a part in my decision to purchase my new vehicle at Grand Subaru. There was no pressure and I feel that I paid a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised to visit Grand Subaru in 2020 after a less positive experience in 2014. Unlike other dealerships, I felt respected and valued at Grand Subaru. The only negative was the lack of a ramp to avoid stairs, necessitating an awkward trip through the service department. More

I bought a vehicle through Mark almost 2 years ago. I wasn't in the best situation financially and was not able to get the car I was originally looking at. But, Mark found a similar model that he and Linda in finance were able to get me into. I'm in a better situation now and the first person I called to get the original vehicle I was looking at prior was MARK! And, of course, he did not disappoint once again. I cannot rave enough about this dealership and their staff. Top notch all around. From sales, financing and service they make you feel like family! I will return when I'm looking for another vehicle.
