Customer service oriented! On March 30th, 2019 I helped my ex purchase a used 2016 Ford Focus from Lithia Honda. We wound up at the dealership late, it was a Saturday. Our sales On March 30th, 2019 I helped my ex purchase a used 2016 Ford Focus from Lithia Honda. We wound up at the dealership late, it was a Saturday. Our salesman, Mark Jacobs, was friendly, professional, and kind. No one seemed the slightest bit perturbed at staying late to help us complete the important transaction. Unfortunately, the Focus turned out to have a bad transmission. We fully expected the dealership to say "too bad, so sad." However, they were absolutely willing and able to help select a new car that would be more reliable. After SIX HOURS of patient assistance (and hard work!) from Mark and his colleague Jake, we actually came away with a brand new car that still fit the limited budget. The end result was better than we had dared hope for. More
