Each time I come my bill is higher and higher, something is always wrong with the car and I don’t travel that much. You go for maintenance and they hand you repairs that cost 1/10 of what you paid for the c is always wrong with the car and I don’t travel that much. I went in for a standard oil change and to address a recall. They did nil it check my other fluids. Within a week of my service, my wiper fluid is low and I’m getting notices about my coolant levels. Th recall. They did nil it check my other fluids. Within a week of my service, my wiper fluid is low and I’m getting notices about my coolant levels. This notice is dependent on the angle may car is parked on the street. Had I had my fluids checked and topped off this would not be a problem. Also, I received at least 3 calls from the dealership,while my car was being repaired trying to convince me to trade in my car and buy a new car. Every time they called, I thought it was the service dept to give me an update on my car. I do not have time for these types of marketing calls. More

Mark consolidated my recall service with the upcoming annual maintenance into one visit which I greatly appreciated. He communicated the condition of my vehicle upon arrival, expected completion time and annual maintenance into one visit which I greatly appreciated. He communicated the condition of my vehicle upon arrival, expected completion time and actual completion time which was within timeframe. My vehicle was noticeably clean, and the service made a noticeable improvement. More
