Had an oil Chenge along with recall notice. I was very very disappointed that there was no 15 point inspection. Ok fine but they have always run the car threw the car wash, and yes the weather I was very very disappointed that there was no 15 point inspection. We were planning to look at new cars that day, but once I saw mine not washed and inspected I was xxxxxx. We did end up looking at cars, but I was to frustrated to buy anything . We have had lakes Toyota change the oil on my 2018 Rav every time except last Nov. When we couldn't get in before our trip. We have had great service until now! Not sure i will bring it back in June.
