They check and said it was fine, It came back on during my 60 mile drive home. It continued yo cause worries and the suggested that I bring it in again. I work full time, I live 60 miles away and work 75 or 80 miles away. It wasn't possible to just stop in. When I did get there, they "tested" it again, and informed me that it was fine. There was nothing wrong. I am 70. I am a single female. But I am neither uninformed, nor inexperienced. I am not stupid, but I have no male partner to stand with me against the subtle, non-verbal implication that I don't know what I am talking about. The heat of summer weather made it function again until the cold returned this fall. I complained. Again. And told to bring it in. Here it is November/December, and they checked it out again, and told me everything was fine, working. Once the care was cold again, the sensor light went on again. So they had me come back, and check the care WHILE IT WAS STILL COLD. Low and behold, they found that there was a sensor malfunctioning. But because of the time bet-ween my purchase and them FINALLY finding the problem, they said I would have to pay to replace the malfunctioning sensor. The tech even went to ask further up the change and this was my answer. I complained the day I bought the car, and three times after before they correctly identified the problem, but I was supposed to pay for their mistakes. I am never going to do business with this business again. They discounted me, they disrespected me, they didn't take me- seriously, and SEVERAL times they failed to find the problem. As a dealership they are supposed to know what they are doing. THEY FAILED. Deborah Farrell, 218-209-1332 PO Box 416 Walker MN 56484. More

Wonderful people that took the time to speak with us and explain or answer questions. Was a smooth process from the time I walked in the door and walked out to my new vehicle. explain or answer questions. Was a smooth process from the time I walked in the door and walked out to my new vehicle. More
