Recall on my RAV4 Prime. Had come in before and part was not available. I returned was told it would take about 4 hours; and no they do not have a car for me to use. After 4+ hours I checked and they said another four hours. I requested a car and I drove it home, having to drive back the 60 miles the following day to return the car and pick up the RAV. More
