New car 2018- experience at Sundance My experience with the staff at Sundance was excellent. I came in for service on my former vehicle, but also requested to speak to Jason Rowe about p My experience with the staff at Sundance was excellent. I came in for service on my former vehicle, but also requested to speak to Jason Rowe about purchasing a new vehicle. He was friendly, prompt and helpful from the start, taking me out on the lot to look at available vehicles then to test drive the one I was interested in. Jason got the ball rolling on the purchase, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process each step of the way. I also worked with Jay in finance, who was helpful in crunching the numbers and figuring out the extras needed at the best deal, within my price range. Jessie was very helpful in explaining all the parts and functions of my new car, OnStar, and Sirius. Overall, I appreciate each person's time and patience, making sure I understood and was happy with my new car purchase! More
