A fun and enjoyable experience Mark spent a lot of time with me, to insure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that I really wanted (White 2018 GMC Terrain SLT diesel). It took Mark spent a lot of time with me, to insure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that I really wanted (White 2018 GMC Terrain SLT diesel). It took several persistent calls and patience to make it happen. He was steadfast with his effort and I got the car, color, & engine that I wanted from the start. His effort was very much appreciated. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Mark and I know it won't be my last. I have leased two vehicles for my wife and Mark was very patient with her, answering all questions to her satisfaction. She has also been very satisfied with Mark's efforts and found him pleasant and accommodating. Jorge completed the financial process quickly, so I could get on the road and start enjoying my new Terrain. It was a total effort from the Sundance team and I left the dealership a happy camper.
