Less than perfect This was my 8th purchase from Faulkner and I feel my least satisfying. I HATE the fact that the Subaru factory warranty is no longer available and th This was my 8th purchase from Faulkner and I feel my least satisfying. I HATE the fact that the Subaru factory warranty is no longer available and that the financing is sketchy. Everyone needs to run a profitable business but cutting corners isn't the way to keep a customer. When I make my next purchase I will call other dealers with specific questions before going to the showroom. It will still be a Subaru but may be with a dealer who appreciates their clients and not just the dollar. This review has nothing to do with my sales person or tech mentor. I also classify your finance person as suspect but that might be the job itself. More

Getting my next Subaru Went to look for new forrester. Decided to lease this time. Were lucky to get the same salesman that sold us our 2011 forrester. He assessed what we were looking for and the right car was quickly found. The salesman explained all the new features and connected my bluetooth. About a week later, I had a chance to have everything gone over again. That was a huge help. The dealership was bright and everyone personable and attentive. There was no pressure which I like. Their service department is great. This my 3rd subaru and I love it. More
