I found a car I loved and was ready to buy until the finance guy came over. He was super misogynistic talking down to me and basically telling me the that unless I financed through him I was doing it wr finance guy came over. He was uneducated in the type of loan I had and was unwilling to listen to me or work with me at all unless I was going to finance through them. They also had promised me yesterday that they would hold the car for a week with a deposit and then today they were unwilling to do that. There was no customers in the store when I was there and now I understand why. Save your time and money and stay away from that shady finance guy!!! More

Started with online team that put together a great deal for me then the sales team took over and got me through financing and intro to service department. There was lots of research, looking at other cars, dealers etc. I fell in love with the Crosstrek, and was not sure I could afford the payments, I kept looking, researching and making choices. So when I decided to lease, again I checked other cars, and dealerships. I kept coming back to the Suburu, and contacted Faulkner about a Crosstrek I saw online. Went in and talked and said yes. No pressure, answered all my questions, from expenses, to extras, to ownership. Will always recommend Faulkner for anyone looking for a car! More
