One of the selling points of this car was that they offered a loaner car during service. However, It was a cumbersome process to get a loaner car. In addition, I scheduled a time for my service and then they changed the time on be to an earlier time. Finally, I mentioned an issue with the car and they didn’t keep me informed of the outcome of that issue. More
