Great Experience - Love my new Ruby I'm very happy with my new Cadillac. When another Cadillac dealer wouldn't help me, I didn't think I was going to be able to get a Cadillac. Once again we can say Ron Carter provides superior customer service and treated us with respect and appreciation.. They made it a point to thank us for our business and loyalty and made us feel special. They also followed up with calls after the purchase. The day after we purchased the car we got an OnStar email alerting us to 3 recall issues and the service department scheduled an appointment quickly. Lisa from the service department also called to ask if there were any other issues that we wanted attended to when we brought the car in for the recalls.
