This was my first solo car purchase. Que and Mark were extremely helpful with my questions, and in getting paperwork handled. I viewed a 2014 Mercedes ML350 on Saturday, and on Monday ni Que and Mark were extremely helpful with my questions, and in getting paperwork handled. I viewed a 2014 Mercedes ML350 on Saturday, and on Monday night I drove it home! I absolutely LOVE my car! The tilt wheel didn’t down up and down, so we brought it in to have it looked at. Dan in service was amazing. He not only fixed the problem- at no charge! But he also removed a couple of coins that were stuck between the ashtray and jingling. 20/10 stars ⭐️ for Benz and Beemer! I am a customer for life! More
