Never a dull conversation, never an unanswered question, and no stones went unturned. Maloy is getting an invite to Thanksgiving dinner at this point!! Mark, the sales manager was also really great. He kept making sure we were being taken care of and doing what he could to overcome any hiccups! Chester and Sara- these two are WIZARDS. They are sooooo good at what they do obviously because they were able to get us an amazing deal with the lender. Also just incredibly patient and kind as we navigated the process. Fabulous inventory of beautiful cars, and a wonderful staff...seriously, why would you go anywhere else?? More

My wife and I came into the dealership at Certified Benz & Beemer looking for a car that was posted online. Unfortunately the car was sold the night before. We spoke with Jeff who made it easy for us, we explained what we where looking for and the price we wanted to pay. After a short trip through the inventory we found the 540i, what a beautiful car. We thought we where Mercedes-Benz people, at least thats what we were looking for at the time, but Jeff discussed alot of the great features and accessories with the BMW. Now I hate buying cars, for all the reasons and stories people can come up with or have had done to them from pressure sales, not so nice finance people, broken promises and ultimately buyers remorse. Here is the thing we experienced the exact opposite of all those horror stories. This has been by far the easiest most pleasant experience in buying a car. There was No pressure, friendly service, answering all of our many questions and best of all no remorse just pure excitement and joy in our new investment with such a great car. Jeff and the Team were nothing short of honest hard working and truly trying to earn our business.
