I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase with Certified Benz and Beemer. When I called to inquire about the BMW i8, I was actually calling about the Roadster not the Coupe but Question pointed ou Certified Benz and Beemer. When I called to inquire about the BMW i8, I was actually calling about the Roadster not the Coupe but Question pointed out some minor differences that changed my mind. Que, pronounce “Q”, was outstanding. I asked questions about the technology in the car and not only did he take time to explain it to me he asked if he could send me a video showing the options. To my surprise it wasn’t a generic video, he made one specifically to me, for me, about the questions I had. This is above and beyond the level of customer service I could expect. From that point on, I knew if I was to purchase something it would be from Que. When I went to the dealership not only did Que listen to my needs, he showed me a variety of cars and to my surprise, the i8 Coupe met my needs and style more than the Roadster. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Every single person there was attentive and extremely nice and knowledgeable. I love my purchase. All because of Que’s customer service and attention to detail. I will be buying again from Certified Benz and Beemer again John Eric Smith More

I went in with a high mileage (but still beautiful) F150 Platinum and a specific limit on my budget. Jeff, Mark, and Jack were all willing to work with me and within my limitations. It really felt like they wanted to give a fair deal and I feel like they were looking at a long term relationship of return customers and service more than just selling a car. The whole experience was smoother and less stressful than any car I’ve ever bought. I went in without much bargaining power, and left with a fantastic car and a good deal that was more than fair. I can highly recommend CBB, and they’ll be at the top of my list when it’s time to replace this Cayenne. More
