Mr. Mark was not available in the office when we visited Honda Southaven but when I called him, he referred us to Mr. George, who assisted us with our test drive until we get the car. The minute I pulled into the lot. I was met with promptness, cleanliness, kindness, and professionalism. The level of service provided by Mark, Julieus, Bill was by far above and beyond. They made the process seamless, quick, and satisfactory on a Friday right before they closed. I can only hope that when my children come of age the standards set by Southaven Honda are somehow transferred to all dealerships around the country. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
