Glove box needlessly taken off and left laying on floorboard. Service rep reinstalled. Mechanic missed this, removed to look at the cabin air filter that isn't equiped on this model. The service department figured out the problem I had been dealing with for years. Several dealerships and shops were not able to "guess" the problem. Went to get an oil change for my jeep wrangler after spending the weekend in the mountains doing different trails. I didn't have an apartment but was able to get in quickly and no one tried to up sell m spending the weekend in the mountains doing different trails.
