The service department has gotten better, the professionalism is noticeable . The quality of work overall is better. The check in process was easy, updates were provided. Upset that the system was not reset - still says 01/2021 3000 miles (has been this since early 2020) even though the work was performed. This is my second mini and I have always had wonderful service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Mark in service went out of his way to follow up on a call I had made to him regardin service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Mark in service went out of his way to follow up on a call I had made to him regarding a new key. That is just a little example of how this dealership runs. Very organized. Love the MINI!!!!! More

I won't give too many details - but my car didn't work when I went to pick it up so they fixed it - and it still didn't work - so they drove to NYC to get it - then fixed it and returned it to NYC - then when I went to pick it up so they fixed it - and it still didn't work - so they drove to NYC to get it - then fixed it and returned it to NYC - then it broke again - but I was upstate NY - they drove all the way up with a loaner. These guys go so far above and beyond for all the big stuff and all the little stuff. Super responsive. And while Rob was my sales person - who stayed on this all the way through all this - Mark was great in Rob's absence being there long past regular hours. I was so impressed with everyone for making this difficult situation so much better. Too often women aren't treated well in dealerships - NOT here - these guys turned hand flips to make this right. and the did!! I haven't had the car very long - but when its time to buy another one - I'm going here. More
