Mark was most attentive. I was in from out of town and needed service immediately. He went the extra step to have warranty work completed that my dealership in Maryland had n I was in from out of town and needed service immediately. Mark was very good at getting most of our needed items covered under warranty. He is the reason we go back to your service center. We do believe the airbag problem should have been covered too but he did covered under warranty. He is the reason we go back to your service center. I had a very unusual situation when I brought my car into the service department. My drivers side car seat had backed over a can of cat food (that had escaped the bag that was on the back floor) and broke m the service department. My drivers side car seat had backed over a can of cat food (that had escaped the bag that was on the back floor) and broke my seat! Mark said he would have one of the guys look at it and let me know if they could fix it. When Mark came to see me in the waiting area...it was NOT good news and the repair was going to cost a fortune!! He explained everything in detail and what options I had to get the seat fixed and even suggested that I might want to see if my insurance company would cover the damage. I took his advice and sure enough...my insurance covered the repair!!! Mark took care of just about everything with my insurance company, got the part needed for my car and was able to get it fixed!! I only had to pay my deductible ($100) for the repair which saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! The service department at Arlington Acura is exceptional and if you ever want an honest person to help you out...make sure you ask for Mark! He will take great care of you! More
