My vehicle was running poorly so I brought it to the service dept. at Lannan Chevrolet. The work that was needed was extensive (water pump, fluids changed, transmission pan gasket and filter, spark plug service dept. at Lannan Chevrolet. The work that was needed was extensive (water pump, fluids changed, transmission pan gasket and filter, spark plugs, and computer updates) but it was completed within the time promised and now my car runs great! The Service Consultant kept me informed regarding progress and price. When I came to pick up my vehicle that afternoon, I met Michael, a salesman, who joked with me about buying a new vehicle. We started talking and we ended up looking at a new vehicle briefly. There was no pressure to buy and I accepted his business card. It is likely that I will buy a new vehicle soon from him. The dealership is clean and renovated with a nice waiting area if you choose to sit and wait for your vehicle. I always choose to go home and wait. More

This place is as shady as they come, everything you fear about a used car dealership is what this place represents. Dishonest, unprofessional, slow, confusing, bad value. Every interaction I had with them was a new level of painful. It the most frustration I have ever experienced in my life. They are a poorly run organization and you will regret the decision to even step foot on the lot. Avoid them at all costs, seriously. More

I have purchased or leased at least 6 vehicles from Lannan in Woburn. Not only has the buying experience been a pleasure but the level of service after my purchases has been second to none. Not only has the dealership been accomadating and helpful but they go out of their way to satisfy the consumer. 2 recent examples.........I hit a manhole cover with my 2007 Denali last week (Thursday Feb. 7) that caused damage to my front end. It was the day before the blizzard was to hit the Northeast. I called Lannan at 10 am right after the damage. Mark O. in service told me to bring my vehicle in immediately without an appointment and had the problem diagnosed, the parts ordered and the repair done by 3 pm that day knowing I would need my vehicle before the big storm. No hassles. Also, my son hit a deep pothole 3 weeks ago in his 2011 Tahoe. He damaged his rim and blew the tire. When purchasing the vehicle I opted to purchase the tire and wheel insurance. I brought the damaged tire and rim to Lannan. Joe A. in service helped me fill out the claim form for the tire and rim. He coordinated the claim and the inspection of the damage and to my delight had a new tire and replacement rim ready the next day for me. The whole job was taken care of at no cost to me. Something I wasn't expecting. Lannan stood by the policy I had purchased and went to bat for me. Professionalism. I can't say enough about the dealership from top to bottom. I was met by Mark as I entered the service office area. He already had a repair tag and asked the nature of my visit. When I told him "just an oil change" he said you are all set and I'll call your cell i He already had a repair tag and asked the nature of my visit. When I returned in about an hour, the car was ready and all the paperwork was just waiting to be signed. This is very typical of the service I receive every time I visit this dealer. More

My service manager was very nice and helpful. Work was done in less than two hours. My check engine light stayed on constantly when I brought the car in, the mechanic determined it was a seized air ind done in less than two hours. They were friendly right when I walked in they took there time to understand exactly what I wanted and Mark Omally was fast helpful and extremely knowledgable. They updated me when my truck was almost complete for my oil change and tire rotation. It was a great value service and a pleasure to go there. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. It's hard to find a dealership who takes time out for you and doesn't treat you like your just a walking cash register. So Lannan Chevrolet is where I will be going for now on. More

Had excellent service there. Visited on 3 Feb for initial check of my vehicle. Within an hour of dropping it off, they had called me with a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, the part I needed was in the warehouse in Philadelphia, but they had the part there by Monday afternoon. So when I returned with my vehicle on 8 Feb, they welcomed me back with great friendliness and they had my Crossover ready for pick-up within a few hours of dropping it off. Would have had it done in an hour, but they needed to get an additional part from a nearby supplier to complete the job. But despite the surprise setback, the service associate contacted me a few times keeping me apprised of the situation and was very nice to work with. Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership! More

I brought my vehicle in because my driver's side headlight was out as well as one of my directionals. They took my vehicle in right away, gave me an approximate time and price quote and then they g headlight was out as well as one of my directionals. On the way home they called and said my vehicle would be ready in about 45 minutes so my son drove me back since he was driving over there as well (coincidentally also to replace a headlight). The price quoted was accurate. I always like the people at Lannon. They're always super accommodating, friendly and courteous. The lady at the sales service check in is always super pleasant. More

I have a GMC Yukon XL. I had visited 2 different GMC dealers in the area and neither were able to properly fix a front strut after multiple visits to each dealer. A friend also has a GMC Yukon XL and dealers in the area and neither were able to properly fix a front strut after multiple visits to each dealer. A friend also has a GMC Yukon XL and recommended Lannan after hearing my story. I also read the dealer rating on this site and decided to give it a try. Not only did Lannan fix my front strut, they also fixed my front door hinge without me asking them to do it. I had one of the GMC dealers try to fix the hinge, but they said it was only fixable by the body shop, which is why I didn't mention it to Lannan. Plus, they didn't charge me to fix the hinge and fixed the strut under warranty. I also tend to have trouble with the seals on my tires/wheels which causes a slow leak. I took my truck in again today because of this. One of the other GMC dealer took 3 visits to find the leak on a different wheel and Lannan took 10 minutes to correctly identify the problem. Another plus, they have a shuttle that will take you to neighboring towns, directly to your home! I can understand now why people drive 100+ miles to bring their vehicles here. I fortunately don't have that far to go and will always bring my GMC here for service. Someone should make sure that they give those tech guys a raise! More
