Mark Ongsiako was a pleasure to work with.. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant. And he worked with us to come up with a lease price that fit our budget and with the X3 accessories that we knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant. This was a new process for me, but Mark O. (sales), John D. (finance manager), and John P. I recently bought a 2017 330Xi from Mark Ongsiako at BMW of Bridgewater. He listened to my needs and constraints and was transparent throughout the transaction. I had a great experience with all the people I worked with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" (warranty packages, etc.). I felt some condescension also and it made me feel like there was some attempt at deception. I had to assert myself and ask for clarification and a less-pressured approach, before arriving ultimately at resolution. Also, on delivery, the pressure in my front tires was 10 lbs greater than what was specified. A little bit of a thorn in what was otherwise a rose of a sales experience. More

Mark Ongsiako -- is the guy you should look for as soon as you enter Bridgewater BMW. And if you call -- his extension is 136, and he will take care of you from there. Don't hesitate-- just do it. Note that results might be even slightly better than you expected! At least, it was in my situation. First I purchased Certified 328Xi. I loved that car, but after two years in order to please my wife I decided to get a newer model and now I'm leasing a 2021 330Xi. Both times Mark took care of me and money-wise I even saved a bit on both deals. There would be no tricks or gimmicks, 100% reliable communication, personal training with equipment, and a nice chat, if you're in the mood to get a complimentary coffee and sit at Mark's desk for a conversation. I give Mark 5 STARS and will definitely buy another car from him! I am a real client and reside in Brooklyn. More
