Mark and team worked hard to find the 4 Series convertible I was looking for, and even with the shortages, got it done before my lease ended. Placed an order in February, and the vehicle was ready in May - not bad under the current supply challenges. It was a pleasure working with Mark, as he consistently kept me updated on that status of my vehic May - not bad under the current supply challenges. My only complaint is that I ordered my M340i with black Vernasca leather paired with blue stitching and the special “M” colors, but my car arrived with the standard black Vernasca leather sears with the non-M grey stitching. It’s not that big of a deal, but I am a little let down. When the time comes, and I purchase/lease another vehicle, I will be returning to Bridgewater BMW. More
