Refreshing Car buying Experience - Was pleasantly surprised! I knew exactly the vehicle I was interested in since I found it online. I called to make sure it was there and it was. I told them I was only interested in the vehicle we discussed. At no time did anyone say, "let me show you the new ones" which is what has caused me to walk out of several dealerships. It was a refreshing experience and I would happily return to the Coulter family based on this experience. Way to go!! More

I had a specific plan and that was to get the best deal possible to absorb negative equity that I had absorbed from past vehicles. I had a brief call with Mark, explained my situation, and told him that I didn't want to fall in love with a car if the deal wouldn't work out. I didn't have much faith that it would. I applied virtually and after feverish work between Mark and the finance team, I was able to get approved for my DREAM CAR! Our buying experience had a few bumps, but Mark Owens hung in there and fought for us. Together with Dante the sale manager, we were able to do the deal.
