I.ve been to many dealeships in the past and I can say that Marc Pillsbury and the staff at Putnum Chrysler are by far the best that I ever worked with. Marc is outstanding in his knowledge and understand that Marc Pillsbury and the staff at Putnum Chrysler are by far the best that I ever worked with. Marc is outstanding in his knowledge and understandig of peoples needs. Marc knows his job like no other salesperson I ever dealt with. Also the credit dept. was also awesome! they worked there butt off to find us the right loan and interest rate available. I would not hesitate to recomend or return to Putnum and Marc. My husband and I have owned jeeps for many years and appreciate the low pressure,knowledgable, professional staff. When we decided to trade in for a new model we made one stop to Putnam Jeep in CT late on a Saturday afternoon and drove away Tuesday with our new jeep! I shopped around for the best price and they were it! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and patiently walked me through the entire buying process. The dealership is nothing if not thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful and seem to take pride in the business and their work. Price negotiation including the trade-in value of my old Jeep was as expe friendly and helpful and seem to take pride in the business and their work. However there are too many calls and surveys before,during and after the experience. Calls came for surveys before any discussions even began and before I'd even driven off the lot with my new car.
