

Mark has been in the car business and with Koons since 2012. Mark has a three year old daughter and is getting married in May 2014. He enjoys watching baseball, playing golf and thinking about his next car deal!

They are attentive and value customer feedback. -Kristen the Finance Manager is very friendly, warm and helped me explore/pick the best finance options for my vehicle. -Service Advisor Jay is has always done an amazing job any time I bring my vehicles in for any minor/major service. Zero customer service from the saleslady to the Finance guy to Manager, Used cars. Everyone is xxxx too busy to address your concern. The interest rate I signed on the glass table is not what was given to me on the flash drive. I was sold an electric vehicle without a home-charger, the first order came incomplete not until the 7th day and no apology. They over-charged me for tag transfer and lied to me that MVA will refund me. MVA applied my payment to the new car, which means they never paid MVA any fees for the new registration. I am still being owed up till now. When I complained to the manager, he did not even reply my text and the sales lady stopped answering my calls. More

After purchasing several cars previous and recommending this dealership to friends and family that have purchased I wish I never had. I get it that not always can a deal be made but the trade value they this dealership to friends and family that have purchased I wish I never had. I get it that not always can a deal be made but the trade value they offered me was 7-10k less than anyone else which is insulting as they want to sell their cars over MSRP in many cases put give so little for trade. Mark the "manager" asked to allow him to look into everything then went radio silent on me. Communication has been horrible, trade value was more than horrible and the deal on their unit wasn't any better than anyone else offers. Shop around as this dealership clearly doesn't value repeat customers and instead of just saying a deal isn't possible they just stop communication. More

Started with my salesman,who flat out lied to me about who they deal with for banks. I told him I'd bring a check,he said they dealt with my bank. Got to finance and was told they dont so I walked out. Ma who they deal with for banks. I told him I'd bring a check,he said they dealt with my bank. Got to finance and was told they dont so I walked out. Manager calls me the following monday,took some money off and I went back down. In the mean time they took the bed cover off to accommodate another customer. They wrote me an I owe you, which two months later still is not fulfilled. Now the truck is heading to the shop for a trans(2000 miles later) More

Ford F350 Bought a used Ford F-350. Pete Dixon and Mark Rodgers both went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. The price was outstanding and they Bought a used Ford F-350. Pete Dixon and Mark Rodgers both went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. The price was outstanding and they also went above and beyond to make the truck perfect. Including a undercoating, replacing the rear bumper, and fixing some findings from the safety inspection that could have easily been overseen. They also made sure the truck was ready and reliable for a 5 hour round trip to a funeral for a dear friend who helped me find the truck. I highly recommend these guys for anyone buying a vehicle new or used. More

Top Notch All The Way I have always dreaded going to a Ford dealership to purchase a vehicle in Maryland. All of the other dealerships (Annapolis, Silver Springs, Columb I have always dreaded going to a Ford dealership to purchase a vehicle in Maryland. All of the other dealerships (Annapolis, Silver Springs, Columbia, and Glen Burnie), have always given me the answers I wanted to hear, and not ever ending up being true. Or making me feel uncomfortable and obligated to buy a vehicle, and there was always an angle in their approach. Not at Koons (Security Blvd), they told me exactly what to expect and how things work. If I didn't understand, they took the time to explain it. And all of the staff did it with a smile and true sincerity. Finally, a place on the level. Jimmy and Mark, at Koons Ford, are great. They gave me time to look for what I wanted and actually listened/answered my questions. They respected my feelings towards keeping my information private. I have always hated dealerships because they kept pressuring me for my information before proceeding with answering any of my questions or showing me a vehicle. I had some options added to my truck. This place was very accommodating to my transportation needs. They provided me with multiple options, while my vehicle was being serviced. Oh and the service department is also very good too. Pat showed me the same courtesy and respect in addressing all of my questions with my new purchase. They did a great job in adding my options. I choose to wait for the final options to be added to my vehicle. While waiting, I noticed the service department people treated everyone (customers and employees) with the same respect and courtesy. More
