The Customer comes First! Back in March, my parents came to Preston Honda of New Castle by means of a recommendation. They had visited another dealership and felt the salespers Back in March, my parents came to Preston Honda of New Castle by means of a recommendation. They had visited another dealership and felt the salesperson was pushy interested only in making a sale. After a few minutes with Kurt Abraham they knew he had their best interest at heart. He showed them the respect a veteran deserved and shortly after they purchased their first Honda Accord. The service was so excellent I brought my family back to Kurt in May just two months after. He asked my wife all the right questions to find out what was the best vehicle for her and my family. We decided to go new and soon became the proud owners of a Honda CR-V. We really felt he fought to get us the best deal possible. He even went the extra mile to stay after the shop had closed to make sure my wife felt comfortable operating the many features that came with the vehicle like the link to her I-phone. In less than three months Kurt has converted two families to the Honda family. Not only will I recommend this store to all my friends and family but I will never go anywhere else for service to our new vehicles. Kurt, Thanks for the great service! New Honda I was contacted by this dealership via e-mail after pricing a new Accord Coupe online. I was contacted by other local dealers also with price quotes I was contacted by this dealership via e-mail after pricing a new Accord Coupe online. I was contacted by other local dealers also with price quotes too. Kurt's quote was lower than all others so I contacted him and talked about the vehicle I wanted. After a brief chat my wife and I went to Preston Honda in PA. I was treated with kindness and respect through out the entire experience. I was offered what I thought was a fair amount for my trade in. I was kept abreast of every step in the deal from viewing the car right up to us driving away. I liked the no pressure atmosphere and honesty at the dealership. I will definetely reccomend a Preston Dealership to my friends and family if they are looking for a car. It was worth the drive to preston Honda. More

Once my wife & I had researched online the cars we were interested in (Honda fit, Toyota yaris, & Ford fiesta), we requested an online price for a new Honda fit from Preston Honda (only a few miles fr were interested in (Honda fit, Toyota yaris, & Ford fiesta), we requested an online price for a new Honda fit from Preston Honda (only a few miles from where we live in New Castle). We were amazed not only by the low price quoted (without the hassle of "haggling"), but also by the immediate internet response by Kurt Abraham. Within the hour we found ourselves at the Preston Honda dealership where we were first greeted by the friendly Paul Makarevich. Once we told Paul we had gotten an online price from Kurt, he quickly located Kurt for us. Then the fun began! After test driving the Honda Fit , my wife & I were hooked. We sat at Kurt's desk, had a cup of coffee, & shared stories about our kids. At the same time, Kurt was tending to the business at hand: answering all our questions & taking care of "behind the scene" tasks such as running our credit and getting us a price on our trade-in car. It took only about an hour of our time. This all took place on a Saturday, but we requested a color that was not on the lot, so we picked up our new Honda Fit first thing Tuesday morning. That's when Kurt introduced us to Mark Root. He took care of all financial aspects of our paperwork. He explained everything we signed in detail and was more than happy to answer any questions that came up. Once we had finished in Mark's office, Kurt handed us our keys & off we drove -- sure we would be back to do business in the future with the Preston Honda team! More

Our experience was posative from the first phone call friday morning to the new car purchase that night. From my first conversation with Kurt that morning, and after building the LX CRV on line, the pric friday morning to the new car purchase that night. From my first conversation with Kurt that morning, and after building the LX CRV on line, the price he gave me over the phone was less than the build on line price. The car I had picked was cleaned, preped, and ready for a test drive when we arrived, Kurt explained the operation of the equipment and the accessories like a knowledgeable professional. We test drove the car and decided to upgrade to an EX model of a different color. We came prepared just in case we decided to purchase that day. The dealership offered me a reasonable amount for our trade, The finance manager got me a better rate than the rate they quoted me on the phone, and even with the upgrade our payments ended up very close to what I had budgeted for the new car. We drove home that night in the comfort of our new Honda, and were very satisfied with the way the dealership operated, the treatment we received, the price we got, the care that was taken explaining all the electronics and systems and confident of the quality of the Honda product we just purchased. My wife and I had both worked for car dealers long ago, so we know how a good dealership should operate, and we know the problems that can happen too. What we experienced at Preston's was a professional and pleasurable experience that we will be sure to tell our friends about. Thanks and we will be back again. Mike Edmond More

This is the third new Honda I've purchased and the first from Preston Honda. It was by far the most pleasant, refreshing experience. No sales pitches, pressure, or mind games whatsoever. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner and I was given all the time necessary to explain every aspect of purchasing my C-RV and the details of operating the vehicle.
