I highly recommend Hyundai of Cool Springs if you are shopping for a new Hyundai. We were searching for a new Santa Fe Limited 2.0 and found one on their website. When I requested more info I was immed shopping for a new Hyundai. We were searching for a new Santa Fe Limited 2.0 and found one on their website. When I requested more info I was immediately contacted by Kim Duncan, who was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Kim took necessary info by phone, and although the majority of the transaction was online he was able to have most of the paperwork ready for our signature when we arrived for the test drive. This was very helpful because we were concerned about Covid19. Not to worry, Kim and the entire HCS staff utilized masks and social distancing when we visited the dealership. They gave us a fantastic deal, plus HCS offers a lifetime power train warranty in addition to the Hyundai factory warranty. When we test drove the car, there were a couple of minor issues that we pointed out, and Kim and the team took care of those for us and then ran the car through the cleanup shop one final time. Kim personally delivered the Santa Fe to our home and gave us a brief orientation on how to operate all the bells and whistles on our Santa Fe Limited, which is an amazing vehicle. I also want to commend Mark Salvino, the HCS Business Manager. He offered additional products and services, but used no high pressure selling tactics. That was very refreshing, based on unpleasant experiences of previous auto dealers who tried to pressure us into purchasing unnecessary items that were nothing more than additional dealer profit items.
