My boyfriend and I where looking for a "new" used car for me. Something more reliable that what I had. We came to Hyundai of Cool Springs after falling in love with one on the Internet. Things started out pretty well. We drove up from Huntsville, AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Tim was very pleasant and we agreed to a price and equipment package. They found the vehicle we wanted a Huntsville, AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Tim was very pleasant and we agreed to a price and equipment package. They found the vehicle we wanted at another dealer and had to do a dealer trade so it would be a few days before we would get our new Santa Fe. We were not promised a date but the estimate was Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. It’s been too long ago now – about two months – so I don’t remember exactly which day we were informed our Santa Fe was in, but we drove back up from Huntsville to get it. After we finished the paperwork and went out to the vehicle we noticed the interior was the wrong color. It was decided we would take the Santa Fe with the wrong interior home so we would have something to drive while they found one with the right interior. A few days later the right color was found and Tim brought it down to us. This one did not have the correct mirror. I notified Tim and did not get a response. After a few more emails and text messages, Tim replied they were checking into it. After several more attempts to find out the status I had to prove what equipment was supposed to be included in the packages on my Santa Fe. One would think the dealer would know that, but I had to scan in a copy of the window sticker and send it to them before they would take action to correct the issue. After several more weeks and more questions from me, Hyundai of Cool Springs finally decided to install the correct mirror. After all of these problems, my biggest complaint is the lack of response to many of my emails and the fact they did not know what equipment is included with the packages on the vehicle. I have an appointment to take it in next week to get this corrected. More

My daughter purchased a new Hyundai from Tim and recommended him to me. In September I purchased a beautiful used Genesis for my wife and in October I purchased a used Tiberon. Tim and the entire staff are friendly and fair and if I need service Manny will take good care of us. More

My overall buying experience was great. The entire staff was very friendly and approachable with special call outs to the sales manager Daniel, Mark in finance, and my sales person, Zack. My sales person was very friendly and approachable with special call outs to the sales manager Daniel, Mark in finance, and my sales person, Zack. My sales person Zack, was knowledgable, efficient, and friendly without reinforcing the typical "car salesman" sterotypes. As a result, I have already referred 2 people to this dealership and Zack and I bought the car less then a week ago. The purchase I made was for my daughter who is a current Elantra owner. The Cool Springs team went the extra mile to make this purchase special for her. The people make a difference in companies and Cool Springs Hyuandai has put together a winning team. More
