"Delightful shopping and buying experience!" While searching for a new luxury vehicle, I decided to visit Hyundai of Cool Springs to look at and test drive some of their vehicles. I was enthusias While searching for a new luxury vehicle, I decided to visit Hyundai of Cool Springs to look at and test drive some of their vehicles. I was enthusiastically greeted by JB Harrison, who listened to my description of what I was looking for and then proceeded to show me some vehicle options. Short on time, I test drove one vehicle that day but it didn't seem like the right one for me so I continued to shop around. A follow-up phone call from JB brought me back into the dealership and a test drive of a 2015 Genesis. Impressed with the car, I requested a check of available inventory to see what exterior/interior color choices were in stock. Thomas Pacconi pulled the information and personally took me and my husband to all three storage lots to review all the vehicles and we found an exact match of what I was looking for. With the help of Mr. Odrobina, we were able to purchase the car for an excellent price within our budget. Mark Salvino expediently handled all of the purchase paperwork and allowed us plenty of time to discuss various optional warranties. From beginning to end, the shopping and buying process at this dealership was delightful and my new Genesis is totally awesome!
