Oscar was truely a pleasure to work with!!! He is very dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhapp dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhappy with the service our local dealership provided. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs and got Oscar on the phone. Within 10 MINUTES Oscar had found and got us one!!!!!! Ten minutes!!! We handled all paperwork over the phone and internet and the car arrived in Franklin in 2 DAYS!! We drove to the dealership from Memphis and were in and out in less than an hour! We were overwhelming impressed with the service and the dealership! Everyone there was very friendly and Mark Salvino in finance made it fun and easy!! I would recommend Oscar and the dealership to all my friends and family! Oscar made it a great experience from start to finish :) Oscar scored a A++++++++ in our book! More

"Happy Hyundai owner" Recently purchased a "Happy Hyundai owner" Recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Hyundai of Cools Springs, on September 29, 2012, they didn't have what w "Happy Hyundai owner" Recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Hyundai of Cools Springs, on September 29, 2012, they didn't have what we wanted on the lot, so they set out to find what we wanted, and did. We drove from clarksville TN. to Cools Springs to look at the car and fell in love with it....... just what we wanted. We worked with Ariel and Mark on the purchase and the financing everything went really smooth. They had the car all cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go. Our experience was a really good experience during the time we were there. I have to say that the dealership is really nice and so are the staff. Thank you Hyundai of Cools Springs, we give you a thumbs up for a job well done. More

Excellent experience from the start. John listened and took note of what I was looking for and his follow through was excellent. Mark was great in the financial area, taking care of the details. When I brought the Veloster back to have the mud guards installed, Manny was verty professional in directing me to the right person. My boyfriend and I where looking for a "new" used car for me. Something more reliable that what I had. We came to Hyundai of Cool Springs after falling in love with one on the Internet. Things started out pretty well. We drove up from Huntsville, AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Tim was very pleasant and we agreed to a price and equipment package. They found the vehicle we wanted a Huntsville, AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Tim was very pleasant and we agreed to a price and equipment package. They found the vehicle we wanted at another dealer and had to do a dealer trade so it would be a few days before we would get our new Santa Fe. We were not promised a date but the estimate was Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. It’s been too long ago now – about two months – so I don’t remember exactly which day we were informed our Santa Fe was in, but we drove back up from Huntsville to get it. After we finished the paperwork and went out to the vehicle we noticed the interior was the wrong color. It was decided we would take the Santa Fe with the wrong interior home so we would have something to drive while they found one with the right interior. A few days later the right color was found and Tim brought it down to us. This one did not have the correct mirror. I notified Tim and did not get a response. After a few more emails and text messages, Tim replied they were checking into it. After several more attempts to find out the status I had to prove what equipment was supposed to be included in the packages on my Santa Fe. One would think the dealer would know that, but I had to scan in a copy of the window sticker and send it to them before they would take action to correct the issue. After several more weeks and more questions from me, Hyundai of Cool Springs finally decided to install the correct mirror. After all of these problems, my biggest complaint is the lack of response to many of my emails and the fact they did not know what equipment is included with the packages on the vehicle. I have an appointment to take it in next week to get this corrected. More

My daughter purchased a new Hyundai from Tim and recommended him to me. In September I purchased a beautiful used Genesis for my wife and in October I purchased a used Tiberon.
