As usually auto purchases can be very stressful. After the purchase, Oscar went to the car and demonstrated many features that were new to us. As we were biding him farewell, he made sure that we were welcomed to telephone him if we had any questions. Overall we were very satisfied with the Cool Springs Hyundai dealership. When the tags arrived, we drove down to get them. As we walked across the lot to our car, we met Mike who immediately ask if he could put the plates on for us. Hard Work + Fun = Sale Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun list", but the team I got to work with at Hyundai of Cool Springs came close to putting it there. Shaprese Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun list", but the team I got to work with at Hyundai of Cool Springs came close to putting it there. Shaprese Smith, my sales person, spent almost 6 hours helping me wade through options, test driving multiple Hyundai models, and ended up letting me take home a previously owned 2013 Acura sedan, which I think is clear evidence that she was listening to what I wanted, I felt no pressure from her - only support. And now I feel like a kid with a new toy. Mark Salvino was equally attentive to detail in working with me to find the best financing options. Van Hayes was good to answer technical questions, even though it was not even his sale. These folks worked together like a professional team - a family. If this is any indication of how these folks work for their customers, I will be looking forward to bringing my car in for regular service for years to come. More

We handled all paperwork over the phone and internet and the car arrived in Franklin in 2 DAYS!! We drove to the dealership from Memphis and were in and out in less than an hour! We drove from clarksville TN. to Cools Springs to look at the car and fell in love with it....... just what we wanted. We worked with Ariel and Mark on the purchase and the financing everything went really smooth. They had the car all cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go. Our experience was a really good experience during the time we were there. I have to say that the dealership is really nice and so are the staff.
