There really has been no follow up from my salesman after I purchased the car. I guess my future business is not that important. At least a phone call would have been nice. I know it was a used car but I sti I purchased the car. I guess my future business is not that important. At least a phone call would have been nice. I know it was a used car but I still paid over 30k on it. Even wouldn’t you want my service? My first issue I had with the auto start they referred me to see a Ford dealer on it. Even though it’s a Ford Taurus 2018 and I bought an extended service contract I would think you guys would want to do my oil changes at least. So I am disappointed all the way around. More

Everything was perfect. My new car was not ready for delivery. They're detailer took my things out of my old car, brought them in the sales manager's office and with attitude dropped them on the floor. delivery. In November I went to White Bear Acura Subaru to purchase a used Subaru, and everyone was super helpful! They were focused on helping me find what I needed and explaining my financing options. I ended up pur a used Subaru, and everyone was super helpful! They were focused on helping me find what I needed and explaining my financing options. I ended up purchasing (with some financing) a car that I was excited about and was within my budget. About a month later, when I got the info for my financing, I noticed that the principle was a lot more than I expected, which naturally caused me some stress. When I went back in to clarify what was going on, it turned out to be just a misunderstanding in the warranty cost. Matt was awesome and understanding and went ahead and cancelled what was causing that extra cost so that I stayed within my budget. A great experience with an honest, helpful dealership! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. More

I came to test drive a specific car and was ready to trade in my Impreza on a Saturday. Had a scheduled visit with Mark Samuelson. It was a busy Saturday with understandable confusion and delays... but trade in my Impreza on a Saturday. Had a scheduled visit with Mark Samuelson. It was a busy Saturday with understandable confusion and delays... but some were NOT acceptable. My interested car was listed on their website and on CarSoup as being ready to sell. When I went on the test drive, it was dirty on the inside with garbage, an empty container, mustard package; not clean. Not acceptable even in non-Covid times. When it came time to purchase, the wait time was told to be 1.5 hours which turned into 3 hours waiting at the dealership. Delay came from car needing to be cleaned and limited finance staff. Mark seemed to do the best he could in this situation. Good that they were busy.. but i was about ready to leave and go to another dealer to give my business elsewhere after 2 hours. More

It was an average experience. I definitely didn't feel like they were appreciative of my business. More cut and dry. No one was rude or anything, but when I had a repair during the 30 day warranty the s like they were appreciative of my business. More cut and dry. No one was rude or anything, but when I had a repair during the 30 day warranty the sales guy wouldnt email me back. I had to email the manager and he didn't respond, a tech responded instead. They fixed the issue so that is good, but not exceptional customer service. I felt like I got a good deal and good car so all and all it was a fine experience. More
