sales rep just hung-up on me after making rude comments my day started out great! first appt of the day was at white bear subaru to see a pre-owned vehicle. my sales rep was mark samuelson. he was very resp my day started out great! first appt of the day was at white bear subaru to see a pre-owned vehicle. my sales rep was mark samuelson. he was very responsive prior to my arrival and friendly during the test drive. my day was packed with appts to see approx 5 different cars all around the metro area, and i needed to decide on a vehicle at the end of the day. unfortunately, i purchased another car from a different dealership, but because i like to be polite, and out of common courtesy, i called all sales reps back to let them know of my decision. well mark chose this opportunity to make rude, snide remarks about the car i chose to buy and then proceeded to hang up on me. this is, by far, the most UNPROFESSIONAL & OFFENSIVE behavior i have ever encountered--EVER. i will certainly spread negative reviews about this dealership and mark in particular. i have owned a subaru for 12+ years and have been a loyal brand-owner, but this turns my stomach & has left a horrible taste in my mouth. disgusted; totally uncalled for. More
