Two Great Experiences Our son goes to college in the Pittsburgh area and when his Honda Accord needed repairs that required a Honda dealership we were at a loss as to what Our son goes to college in the Pittsburgh area and when his Honda Accord needed repairs that required a Honda dealership we were at a loss as to what to do since we live 360 miles away in New York State. A quick internet search and dealership reviews led us to Preston Honda. My husband called the service department and was instantly impressed by their willingness to speak with him, at length, over the phone regarding the issues and then quickly schedule an appointment for the repairs. Service to the car was done quickly and cost of repairs were extremely reasonable! While dealing with the repairs we couldn't but help notice the quality of used cars and prices available at Preston Honda. Ideally we had planned on keeping our Honda Accord for three more years; however, after seeing the prices and having a desire to upgrade to a Honda CRV we entered into a conversation, long distance, with Mark Sanata. He was able to work with us over the phone to come up with some options and then spent a lot of time with our son as he did test drives of a couple of vehicles. He made the process very easy and even came into the office on his day off to finalize the sale with us. Outstanding experience with the service dept and Mark Sanata! Thank you for everything. We've been buying cars from Mark for years. He is more than just our Honda salesman. He is a courteous professional that we can always count on to assist us with our vehicles, long after the sale is more than just our Honda salesman. He has assisted us whenever we have needed any type of service of maintenance on our vehicles, even though this is not part of his job. He keeps in touch with us throughout the year, taking time to call or send a note to see if we need anything. Customer service like this is rare, and this is the reason we keep coming back to Preston Honda. We live 45 miles from the dealership, and there are numerous Honda dealers closer to home, but Preston will always be our first choice for sales and service. More

We spoke briefly with others at the dealership and could sense a high moral from other employees. This was the third vehicle I had purchased at this site starting way back with J Weaver. This was the easiest, most pleasant transaction EVER. My husband and I were very pleased with Preston Honda - in particular James Preston. I contacted James via the website, and he responded immediately. We talked on the phone and set up and appointment to meet. James had a car ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. The vehicle we purchased was a 2012 CRV – it has only been on the market for a couple of days, but James was knowledgeable about the features and improvements made with this model. When negotiating price, they were very reasonable. No run arounds, no ridiculous sales tactics - straight to the point. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but James worked to find us the model we wanted. On the day we picked up the vehicle, it was ready for us. Paperwork was, for the most part, ready to be signed. During the signing process, we were offered an extended warranty, which we declined, but it was not shoved down our throats. The whole signing process took less than 35 minutes. shew. Before driving off the lot, James set up some of the features of the car with us and went over how to operate the features. We are definitely recommending Preston Honda in New Castle and James Preston to any family or friends in the market for a car. The sales staff was very kind and hospitable.
