Hi! I’m Mark. I’ve spent the entirety of my career here at John Eagle Honda of Dallas, which is over fifteen years. I'm a sales representative and I would love the opportunity to earn your business. I grew up here in Dallas and I’m a proud member of the community. I attended Justin F. Kimball High School, and I’m a big fan of all local sports! 3 cars in 2 weeks My husband and I came into John eagle to purchase a new CRV. For myself. The last time I purchased a crv was in 2011. This is the 3rd survey I fill ou My husband and I came into John eagle to purchase a new CRV. For myself. The last time I purchased a crv was in 2011. This is the 3rd survey I fill out. Long story short mark shipman did a fabulous job with taking care of our needs with our 2nd CRV. That we came back the next day to get a hrv for my oldest. A week or so later we came back for an HRV for my youngest. Mark I stood out needs as a family and he took real good care of us. I'm a difficult customer to please and I ask a lot of questions. Regardless of my questions he was professional and made us feel calm and at peace with out decisions. More

I ended up with 3 Honda new cars! I am not sure which of the 3 cars this is for, but I ended up with 3 new Hondas, 1 CRV and 2 HRV's in less than 2 weeks. The service I received from I am not sure which of the 3 cars this is for, but I ended up with 3 new Hondas, 1 CRV and 2 HRV's in less than 2 weeks. The service I received from Mark Shipman was incredible the 1st time when purchasing my CRV that I cam back to get an HRV for my oldest daughter. I would not have done so had I not been extremely happy with the over all attitude, patience, and knowledge of Mark Shipman. This is one very proud and loyal Honda salesman who represented the Honda Brand with confidence, pride and a sincere desire to help my daughter and I to be in the best car which met our needs. I had such a great experience that my husband and I went back for a 3rd HRV last week for my youngest daughter. - Give this man a pat on the back and an extra bonus for putting up with us 3 times in two weeks.
