I inquired about a Lexus IS online and was immediately reached out to via phone call, text, and email by Mark Donovan. While out running errands, my husband and I stopped in on a whim to meet with Mark (n reached out to via phone call, text, and email by Mark Donovan. While out running errands, my husband and I stopped in on a whim to meet with Mark (no appointment) to do a test drive. Mark was with another client, but made a point to come over to introduce himself and let us know he’d be with us shortly. Mark made us feel welcomed and was open to answering all of concerns. Great vehicles. Didn’t care for one of the salesman who discussed money with me. He wasn’t helpful and basically let me walk away and didn’t make a deal for a $25 difference in sale price. Typical car sale discussed money with me. He wasn’t helpful and basically let me walk away and didn’t make a deal for a $25 difference in sale price. Typical car salesman.
