All of the back and forth and feeling like the dealership doesn’t care about the customer but just I’m one that never likes the car buying experience. All of the back and forth and feeling like the dealership doesn’t care about the customer but just wants to sell a car. Wow, was I ever surprised on my experience with Lexus of Akron-Canton and my sales person, Mark Stacy. Mark made my wife and I feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. He took the time to understand our car buying situation, our budget and our time table. Even after we agreed on a deal Mark continued to follow up when we were in the finance office as well as when I waited for the car to be detailed after purchase. Oh, that’s right—this dealership fills up the gas and took the time to detail every bit of my used car. And I didn’t even buy a Lexus! If anyone is in the market for a car I would highly recommend both this dealership as well as Mark Stacy. You will get the car buying experience you’ve always wanted to have!! More

Great Experience! My fiancee and I drove nearly 300 miles to view a certified Lexus RX 350 AWD at the Lexus of Akron-Canton. We weren't sure what to expect after such a My fiancee and I drove nearly 300 miles to view a certified Lexus RX 350 AWD at the Lexus of Akron-Canton. We weren't sure what to expect after such a long drive, but Mark surprisingly met us at the door and greeted us with a friendly smile. He went to great lengths in making us feel at ease and answering all of our many questions. The manager also took the time to stop by and introduce himself. He shook our hands and thanked us for making the drive and selecting their location to potentially buy a vehicle. I made the purchased and wasted no time getting back on the road. The next morning, I received a call from Mark checking to ensure we made it back safely and to thank us once again. Hands down, this has to be one of my most pleasant experiences in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in a long time. I'm a delighted customer! More
