Wow, was I ever surprised on my experience with Lexus of Akron-Canton and my sales person, Mark Stacy. Mark made my wife and I feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. He took the time to understand our car buying situation, our budget and our time table. Even after we agreed on a deal Mark continued to follow up when we were in the finance office as well as when I waited for the car to be detailed after purchase. Oh, that’s right—this dealership fills up the gas and took the time to detail every bit of my used car. And I didn’t even buy a Lexus!
