This should tell you how great my experience was with Certified Benz and Beemer. I didn’t even buy the car, but felt like Mark and the dealership deserved some recognition for their professionalism and d Certified Benz and Beemer. I didn’t even buy the car, but felt like Mark and the dealership deserved some recognition for their professionalism and dedication. They were not pushy by any means and they really seemed to care about me and making sure I was comfortable with the whole car buying experience. And the only reason I didn’t get the car was I decided to stick out my current vehicle for one more year. But, I will be back when I am ready to make a purchase. They have a great selection of vehicles and I have no doubt they will continue to their excellent customer service even after I buy the car. More

Mark Stevens was fantastic to work with. Because I live out of state my transaction was definitely more work than most. I made the decision to fly in early in the morning giving Mark very little notice. He was able to meet me and had the car clean and ready for me to look at. As expected the car was beautiful and I decided to buy it. Because it would have taken three days to drive it back I decided to ship it. Mark agreed to make all the arrangements and promised safe delivery. It’s important to mention that after getting home I would text Mark everyday with a question about the car or the shipping arrangements. Every text was answered within 15 minutes with a positive and informative answer. Car arrived safe and sound! Shout out to Mark, Michel and Omar for a pleasant experience. More

Mark was very courteous and helpful. However., as the vehicle was a fairly rare discontinued classic. The dealer was not prepared to o negotiate a dime off of their asking price.. Once you have made it clear that you want the vehicle. Then why would they negotiate. B & B are also unwilling to accept any more than $5k payment by Amex. even when I offered to split the fee. Overall I have no problems with dealership and would use them again (if I live long enough!) More

They came and got us from the airport and we felt like we got a good deal. Mark was very nice. They had ordered a part for our car but it didn't come in on time so they paid for us to get it installed when w got a good deal. Mark was very nice. They had ordered a part for our car but it didn't come in on time so they paid for us to get it installed when we got back home. Some downsides: there's fees. The price that you will see listed online does not include a fee that was like $1000 for a ceramic and tint (CBB) package. It's not a service that you can decline. Then there was $1000 worth of fees on top of that. So expect ≈$2000 more than what you see listed in the title of the post (ours was listed at 22,500 for reference). Also, I called to ask someone about the status of the title being sent to our bank so we can get it registered and he said "it would have been there faster if you would have financed through our partners." That just seems like a crappy attitude to have, especially when you apparently work with the bank we got the loan from but somehow you can't match their interest rate. Whoever that guy was, he does not care about customer service at all. BUT, once again, overall I think if you buy a car anywhere there's going to be things here and there that xxxx you off, but after this experience I would say we left a lot happier than we have from other car dealerships. The fact that they were willing to pay us to install the part on the vehicle once we got back home shows that people in the company really do care about customers having a good experience. I would buy a car from here again. More
