My husband called them because they carry a basic RAV4 Prime. We gave them a 2 k in our credit card to hold the car once it came in. While we waited the sales guy Mark refused to tell my husband what the interest rate would be even though we have a high credit rating and were planning on putting 20 k down on the car. Well Mark called my husband on a Tuesday midday and expected him to come to the dealership that day to get the car. When we explained we would be there Friday he said our 2k was not holding the car and he informed us the next day he sold it to someone else. So why was even the purpose of putting 2 k down on a credit card if they never planned to hold it for us? My husband said Mark was obnoxious insisting he drop everything in the middle of a workday and drive three hours from Salem to Dudley. Why am I even looking at Toyota’s? They are not even eligible for the 7500 tax credit because they are not made in US. Goodbye Toyota. And good riddance Mark. What a piece of work. More

Had good experience with first car we purchased there, salesman was great. Went to buy second car and that salesman had left. Current salesman was dishonest and rude, requested another salesman and he end salesman was great. Went to buy second car and that salesman had left. They are xxxxxxxx here. I bought a used truck that was CPO, supposedly thoroughly inspected, etc. It had 2 tires that failed inspection at another location. The edge of each of these was completely bare. CPO, supposedly thoroughly inspected, etc. It had 2 tires that failed inspection at another location. The edge of each of these was completely bare. They were hostile and aggressive when I came back with it 2 days later and claimed I could have just drove in a pothole to cause that kind of wear just to get new tires. They ended up paying half on a set of new tired but ended up ordering cheaper ones than what I told them I wanted. THEN, my transmission died and needed to be replaced. It wasn't too much longer afterward, and I believe there were subtle symptoms already when I got it. Luckily it was still under warranty and I took it to Herb Chambers in Charlton. They seemed much less scummy there. I still love the truck but McGee was my worst experience buying a car in my life. STAY AWAY!!!! More
