Mark never returns any form of communication. Have 2000 Cadillac DeVille, Hunter Green brought into this dealership by Weil's towing this past September. Car has ignition issue that involves ignition key c Cadillac DeVille, Hunter Green brought into this dealership by Weil's towing this past September. Car has ignition issue that involves ignition key can't be inserted into ignition port on steering column. GM strike delayed Hendrick from obtaining necessary parts to repair the problem. Car has all 4 windows partially down and sitting out with no tarp/covering to prevent water damage. More

attempted fraud on Extended warranty Had truck in twice for bad shifting and engine light. waited two weeks for part. Then told an external part on the trans was not covered under Power t Had truck in twice for bad shifting and engine light. waited two weeks for part. Then told an external part on the trans was not covered under Power train nor extended coverage. discussed with service advisor twice but he still I would have to pay. I refused and went home found my extended warranty. It said virtually any break down would be covered. called him back and read it to him. he said he would check with "them" called again and only then he agreed It was covered. If I had trusted the advisor I would have been defrauded. Now I am concerned I will be punished if I take my truck in for Oil change and tire rotation I have already paid for. More
