You c They will sell you a vehicle that they know to be junk, even after they tell you their service dept. has gone through it and found no issues. You can point out what seems to be a drag in the acceleration pedal and they'll tell you that is just how these vehicles work. I took the vehicle to their service dept. several times by appointment, requesting engine analysis & inspections for other questionable concerns. After many hours of waiting & never receiving notification of progress, I come back to find they just changed my oil. I rescheduled to have a thorough inspection completed. Again waiting hours... pretty much a whole day. Again returning to find out where they were in the process; to which, they apologized saying the mechanic needed to work on my vehicle wouldn't be around until the next day. No calls, no updates and literally watched me come and hang out in waiting area on & off. I said forget this & went to a different service ctr. All this trouble began soon after purchase, 1 year later I had to put $8000.00 in repair only to have transmission go out on top of that plus having rear sliding doors to lock up and quit working. In short they knowingly sold me a lemon and I have no recourse. I wouldn't trust this place. The staff seemed nice enough but pretty shaddy after purchase, the service department speaks for itself & the product they sell? I can only speak for what I got from them. By the way, after notifying my situations with them, the only response I've received is 2 emails that state "I hope your enjoying your vehicle & how my satisfaction is their #1 priority." Hmm. More

We arranged the time I would buy the vehicle. Asked AGAIN if I need to put $$ down to hold the vehicle. 4 hours later, receive a text saying they just sold it. Why would you sell it when I asked to pay to hold it? Their response, "Well that would not have mattered anyway. My manager does not like to reserve cars for out of state deals until the day when you start coming basically. We have got burned a lot of times and people just don't come." I'm coming from 3 hours away, not Australia and that's the point of me paying to hold the freaking vehicle. It protects us both. I've bought from Luther before and paid to hold the vehicle. If this is now the case, tell me right away so I don't go get a freaking cashiers check (as instructed). I didn't know the exact amount w/fees, etc. so I got cash for the rest. Luther now: "Oh that was a smoker vehicle, you didn't want it anyway." I must've missed that description of the vehicle on the website. They will happily sell from under you due to incompetence or indifference. More

We found this used Sonata on the website, so I called the dealership & spoke with Zach who was very knowledgeable about the car & communicated via email also. I told him it would take at least 3 hours to arr dealership & spoke with Zach who was very knowledgeable about the car & communicated via email also. I told him it would take at least 3 hours to arrive at the dealership & he offered to hold the car until we got there. Zach was ready with the car when we arrived at 5 pm, did the test drive & knew this was the car for us long before 6 pm. All was good except it took much too long to finalize the deal. It was a rainy Tuesday and it was not very busy at the dealership, we knew we wanted this car, no argument on the price, & we have excellent credit scores, so I can't imagine why it took so long. We finally got to the finance department where the transaction moved along quickly, but we didn't get home until midnight. More
