We already had another car on order through Subaru Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. We needed to try the "fit" of the Outback, check out the inventory of new cars, Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. We needed to try the "fit" of the Outback, check out the inventory of new cars, and see if the numbers made sense. It was an outstanding experience and everyone at the dealership we dealt with (Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Business Manager, and Owner - whom we had met during the order of our first car) was friendly, helpful, fair, and knowledgeable. My wife and I could not recommend this dealer (and Dan Collinsworth as a Salesperson) more highly (obvious, I guess, as we've bought 2 new cars from him in just a few months). More

Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable while explaining the different aspects of both the Outback and Forester. His expertise enabled us to make an informed decision as to which vehicle would best serve o the different aspects of both the Outback and Forester. Brent walked us through all the finance, extended warranty, and possible add-ons so that they made sense, but we never felt pressured to purchase items beyond our needs. My wife and I were impressed by the professionalism by the entire staff. Dean Montoya made us feel comfortable and we didn't feel the pressure to buy. I've been going to Subaru Superstore since 2009 and it's the only service center I'll take my B9 Tribeca to. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. By far this was the best car buying experience either one of us has ever had. We first went through Costco to find a local dealership. We were called by Ryan Johnson about 6 hours later. We were very pleased with the information he gave us over the phone. When we got to the dealership, Ryan was not in yet. That was no problem. We were there just to look and crunch some numbers, so we thought. As a recently retired couple, we needed to make sure this new car fit in our budget. Dean Montoya was very patient with us. We looked at so many versions of the Crosstrek and then looked at the same ones again. Dean kept a very positive attitude through the whole process. He did what he could to get us a better trade in amount and interest rate that made this sale possible. If we every buy another car, it will definitely be a Subaru at the Subaru Superstore location in Chandler. Keep up the great Customer Service. More
