Should have been told when I dropped of the car (and I told them I would pick up after my husband got off work) that they closed at 5:30 pm (which is exactly the time I arrived to pick it up) AND that the told them I would pick up after my husband got off work) that they closed at 5:30 pm (which is exactly the time I arrived to pick it up) AND that there is a surcharge for using a credit card (had I known this I would have had my debit or checkbook with me). I appreciate that they guys unlocked the door and let me get my car, but had I known that they close at 5:30 pm - I would have taken Honda up on the offer to come get me. There is no excuse for not telling customers about the credit card surcharge until you're standing there getting ready to pay - with a credit card. More
