Had my Subaru Crosstrek in for service and Ryan was very professional in the check in process and explaining how car features work. A pleasant experience overall. If a salesperson in a car dealer is the face of the company, then you should be proud that Mark Talentowski is there to greet customers. I have never been treated better at a dealership! Mark is court company, then you should be proud that Mark Talentowski is there to greet customers. I have never been treated better at a dealership! Mark is courteous and very knowledgable, and the conversation was very comfortable and friendly. He answered all of my questions on the spot, and his suggestions were valuable to me. I will be back for my next car at the Autobarn because of Mark! Norm was also great as he went through all of the features of my new Ascent. What I thought was going to be complicated, Norm explained so I could understand it. I appreciate Autobarn having that service after the sale. And I had a brief to service as well, and Jaime took the time to explain what was going on with my car when it was with your mechanics. The service dept is nice and comfortable, but the personal touch Jaime gave to my visit was terrific. And thanks for the great coffee...... More
