It was definitely a different experience with the COVID issue and the vehicle arrival delays from the shutdown. Mark T and the North Country team stayed committed to locating the vehicle I wanted since the one they had coming from factory was still waiting for shipment. They got it here as quick as they could had it prepped and full of fuel. Once it was ready I was out of my trade in and into my new Explorer in an hour. Having all the paperwork figured out before hand made it the best experience ever. More

They did sell me a car at at great price. On the other hand we were up front with our sales rep at Luther Ford Lincoln, about our credit union financing our auto loan. They decided that they rather presur hand we were up front with our sales rep at Luther Ford Lincoln, about our credit union financing our auto loan. They decided that they rather presure us to fill out their loan application which we were told was used by our credit union which we learned was not the case. We foolishly signed without realizing they were financing us for a much higher interest rate. We went back after reviewing our paper work, we realized our bank was not financing us. We returned and explained to a sales manager who not once even seemed fazed by this. They refused to admit they made any mistakes and were defensive. Needless to say, we will not be buying any cars from them again in the future. More
