I initially contacted Scranton Toyota via a live chat and set up an appointment. Amanda promptly called me back and confirmed my appointment for the next day and told me that Mark would be available to assi set up an appointment. I showed up at the dealership the next day at my appointed time and Mark was available immediately upon being paged. He showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. Being I was convinced on the car right away, I tried to just circle the parking lot as my test drive, but Mark insisted I drive it a little bit more to be sure I did. Being I came in with my own financing, I initially declined talking to the finance guy; however, I agreed to let him run my credit and he ended up getting me a better financing deal than I initially came in with. That was great with me. I was running on a tight schedule the next day and pickup of the car was super. I was able to make my appointment and I found out afterwards, when Mark called me the next day to check up on me and my new vehicle, that he came in on his day off so he could help me with the pickup. That was very nice and not information that was volunteered to me, but solicited by me. This is the first time I have stepped foot into a dealership since 1998 when I bought a Saturn and it was an absolutely positive experience and, when the time comes, I will certainly be back. The vehicle is perfect and I am extremely happy. More

Their are no words to describe our feeling about this dealership. This is the second time we have dealt with them once in 2011 when my financial circumstances were really good and we bought a car outrigh dealership. I went into this dealership the 2nd time thinking there is no way they could help me, especially with my credit History. I went in with and Approval with a company called Roadloans which they had very little dealings with but were willing to try and work with this company to get me the right car. The process went on for around 3 weeks with me getting a 2008 chevrolet Cobalt with only 21,000 miles. Mark Thomas my salesperson was my right hand man thru all this. He kept me positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. Omeir the Finance person who worked with roadloans was nothing more than a true professional answering all my questions being stupid or not. The Whole Staff of Toyota of Scranton including Mechanics are fantastic. They treated me the same way when I had nothing as they treated me when I had something. I cannot tell you how my wife and I are so grateful to them. The reason I gave them an excellent rating on every category is because they were. If there was better than excellent i would give that to them. One more thing I cannot say enough about is salesman Mark Thomas he is fantastic not just as a salesperson but also as a human being. More

I originally went to a different Toyota dealer that I passed every day going to work. I knew I needed a new vehicle. My 4runner had 242k miles and it was time. And being a loyal Toyota driver I knew my n passed every day going to work. I knew I needed a new vehicle. My 4runner had 242k miles and it was time. And being a loyal Toyota driver I knew my next vehicle needed to be a Toyota. I did all my homework and had all my financing. So I just needed to pick a new vehicle out. I went to this other dealer and 2 weeks later and coutless phone calls and visits and hours of my time...still no vehicle...because" that model doesn't come that way". Extremly frustrated I went through USAA's car buying Service and they directed me to Scranton Toyota. When going through this service Scranton Toyota autimatically is notified with contact information. And so it begins... Within an hour I had been called and e-mailed. Because it was during work hours I asked that most of my communication be via e-mail. That was not a problem. I had given all my vehicle criteria with the car buying service and within 24 hours (actually I'm sure it was more like 12) Mark e-mails me and has located the vehicle. Within 72 hours (okay, 96 hours) I was there picking up my new Rav4. So Thanks to Mark and Doug within 96 hours I had the best car buying experience ever. And drove away in a new vehicle that another Toyota dealer said didn't exist but Scranton Toyota found. More
